There are several individuals who have attended a boarding school system who had given out their testimonies that the educational training that they got in their respective boarding schools helps them a lot to succeed in their lives especially in their career life. One suggested way to that according to the different social psychologist is to give chance their learners to have a social interaction with the other genders at least once a week or twice though inviting a group of female or male learners to be part in their school activities. Indeed, with that simple team building and interaction; the learners in the all girl or all boy school are given a chance to gain a normal social approach.
