How to detect if you have troubled teens

Troubled teens should be detected by parents at their earlier stages so that proper treatment can be planned immediately. Though this must be a very difficult thing to do but parents should be ready when these things happen. If teens are detected early to be troubled teens there are early therapy for their easier recovery. If this also happens they can immediately go back to normal lives.
The following are important signs and symptoms to consider so that you can have earlier notification if you have troubled teens at home.
1. Troubled teens have the so-called mood swings that are already out of proportion. They maybe under depression today or happy the next day or later immediately outrage of things. One way to better detect is when your teens are having emotional disorder which is most extreme when you compare them to regular teenagers.
2. Troubled teens usually defy authority. This is also one common sign to consider. They ignore curfew hours, flouting rules, skip schools and they also often lied to their parents of their whereabouts the whole day. They also manipulate their parents and teachers so that they can exactly get what they want in life such as money, material things, and all others.
3. Change in their friends too often. If your kid changes friends often you need to watch for it already. Troubled teen students are usually left by their quality friends because if their bad behaviors. In most cases, a troubled teen also do not need life-long friends that are not included in his new group because of behavioral mismatch. He doesn’t like to stay with serious friends anymore or those friends that have controlled emotions and bad behavioral patterns.
4. They start stealing money from parents. Another sign that you have a troubled teen at home is when someone of your kids has started stealing from you money. As this bad attitude continues he would not only steal money from parents but it would spread to neighbors and relative’s houses. Many schools world wide are now studying these options how to manage their troubled teens.
5. Slowing grades is also a sign. If your children’s grades are slipping you should be warned already because this might a sign you have a troubled teen living with you.
6. They lack motivation and interest in their studies. If they already feel this way this must be a sign to consider now.
Thus, if you have seen that your kids have some of these signs it’s also high time to act immediately before you can say it’s too late for them. You can ask from professional therapists how it can be remedied immediately before it’s too late.
