Dec Sun 9th, 2007 by admin
Boarding school system is a very nice educational set up. In which, the students are living within the campus zone. They can only go out when the students need to buy something or important matters. The students having this type of educational set up can only go home to their respective hometown when the classes’ term will end or during holidays and vacation month. As a result they will be more focus to their educational learning and interaction to their classmate or schoolmate. Aside of that boarding school system is much disciplined. In which, boarding schools implemented several sets of rules to be followed in order to have a well organized and discipline students. If the regulation that was implemented by the boarding school administrator was violated by the students, the student will receive a consequence out from the action that has been done. In which, they will receive punishment according to their wrong act. No wonder that there are several boarding schools testimonials which emphasizes the strictness of the system.
It is very normal that the boarding schools will implement their strictness in following the rules because it protects the welfare of the students and as well it molded them to become better individuals in the society. In which, boarding schools can be a source of solution to avoid student killing issue. Just like the case in Jamaica, in which a seventeen year old boy was murdered by its fellow youth. This boy was Mortiman Golding. In this case, the Jamaican government was very alarm. In which, they created some strategies in order to prevent the occurrence of this killing issue among the youth. One of the best strategies that they come up is the idea of boarding schools. They have seen that boarding schools are much disciplined. Students are trained to obey the rules and will respect with their fellow youth. It has also been attested that individuals came from a boarding schools are more respectful, responsible, and well discipline.
Boarding schools is quite a good idea in order to produce good people in the society. Since, most of the time students are more exposed in the schools setting. The interaction is more on the teachers and classmate or schoolmate. So it is good that the school itself will establish discipline among the students.
