The directory of this list includes the some basic information of the learners such as date of birth, parental address, and some GP details. The recommendation of inclusion of registering the young learners to this database despite the threat of having some privacy is to protect their welfare of being misguided or being at risk of grooming online without parental and teachers or educators supervision. Since, the government had seen that theirs an increase evidence of some way that children will be abused through using the internet instead of serving as an online education resources. With that, the schools had an important part in order to play in creating awareness of this danger of misusing the internet system and ensuring that the computer and internet system in the different schools are not been misused for its good educational purpose.

Not only computer and internet system were been tracked for its usage in the boarding schools but as well the usage of mobile phones because a growing number of children been involve for an inappropriate usage of texting even during class hours.
