Meanwhile the Success Academy that offers an early and intensive college educational preparation program system had already found on its success towards the campuses in Flandreau Indian School and as well in South Dakota State University of Brookings. In which,, the program was entirely been develop in order to keep this freshmen in their school campuses and even improve their academic achievements in the boarding school that serve on students coming from the different 30 states and 60 tribes. Due to the mere fact that this academy are serving about 250 students yearly and already have about 300 or more SDSU school faculty that already grown on its premier diversity program in SDSU.

According to the Flandreau Indian School counselor that their boarding school academy already been following individual classes throughout their high schools years that resulted of making a welcoming and even comfortable setting that is not only of Flandreau campus but towards 25 miles north portion of SDSU. According to her, this school supports a lot in order to maintain their kids for high school education. To those 28 Flandreau Indian School Success Academy graduates, six of these have already transferred to some other universities or colleges and about five students are currently in SDSU that push on for about 39% on its retention rate that is already been equal towards its Native college across the nation. The freshmen years in the academy entirely features about hands on workshops in these seven academic colleges of SDSU school campus. During the senior years, this SDSU are offering the 10FIS seniors for an educational scholarship. So throughout this year, the seniors will now be earning about six college educational credits for basic writing and course in math. Aside of that, seniors will also be completing their college applications, taking ACT test, applying for a financial aid, visiting the departments that majoring and attending this pre-orientation day of this April that been designated particularly towards this Native students.
