For several years, boarding schools had been known as one of the prestigious school types that provides a good quality of educational learning. Here in the United States, there are several boarding schools that can be seen and most of this boarding school types can be categorized as religious boarding schools. Usually, the learners of these boarding schools came from a wealthy family due to the fact that the educational expenditures in this school are quite costly. No wonder that only those learners who came from a wealthy family or belong to the upperclassmen in the society can be able to afford to enroll their children in these prestigious educational learning institutes.

Nowadays, this boarding school system have not seen only be effective and benefited for the well do family but as well to the young individuals or learners who belong to the lower class in the society. Since, some lawmakers in Chicago are proposing to build boarding schools for the homeless young individuals and those young individuals who belong to the chaotic family. In which, they are not properly been given much attention especially to their well being and education growth by their parents. In that case, it is quite helpful to let this young individuals be enroll to the boarding school in order to be given proper care and attention that is due to them especially to the fact that there are about 10,000 children in Chicago who are homeless and who have not been given much attention by their parents. Since, some of these homeless children have take refuge to their friends or relatives. For that matter, this homeless issue is also one of the reasons why some of the students have to stop their school campus education. In that case, it motivates the Chicago lawmakers to propose a boarding school for homeless and deprive children in order to cater both their well being and educational growth.

Although, the state have not found enough money to fund this boarding school program for homeless children but the state officials are very much hopeful that they can found people or institutions that can support them financially in building up the boarding school that they have desired.
